Are you looking for an outlet for your writing and reporting or critiquing
skills? Would you like free admission to our next SME meeting and
presentation or tour? If so Chapter 354 will be delighted to receive a
feature article from you. Just follow these guidelines:
-The article must be related to manufacturing, engineering or other
technical interest. It could even be about a hobby of yours if it has some
technical elements. Other examples include a local manufacturing company,
a new technology, a member of the chapter, the most recent SME tour or
technical presentation.
-The article length must be a minimum of 1 column (Times Roman, 12pt font,
approx 300 words) and a maximum of 2 columns.
-Article submissions will be reviewed by me and will be selected for that
month or subsequent months, depending on how many we receive. I will let
you know as soon as possible when your article will be published.
-Free admission can be used at any SME meeting in the following three
months after your article was published.
-Submit as many articles as you want, every month that you want. Once an
article has been selected, it will not be selected again.
-You must submit before the bulletin article dead line. Deadline dates
are:
-October 31
-November 28
-December 26
-Submit your articles to me via email. Word documents work best. Then look
in the bulletin to see if your article was selected!
